TOP STORY
Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP delivered a monster week, but Milk Road analyst John Gillen says the crypto rally may be “the beginning, not the end.”
BTC jumped about 24%, ETH ripped 32% and roughly $4 billion in shorts were liquidated as Treasury buybacks, Trump’s pro-crypto White House moment and fresh institutional positioning lit up the market.
Gillen says Ethereum may be the real trade from here, with record ETF inflows, dominance in tokenized real-world assets and growing Wall Street interest in stablecoins, tokenization and blockchain settlement.

FINTECH FOCUS
Strategy raised $2 billion as Bitcoin’s 24% weekly surge flipped its massive BTC stack back into profit.
The company sold 18.26 million MSTR shares, added $300 million to its USD Reserve, bought back preferred stock and parked $1.59 billion in a new flexible cash pool that can be used for Bitcoin buys, debt, dividends or share repurchases.
With 840,447 BTC now sitting on roughly $2.4 billion in unrealized gains and MSTR testing the $122 technical level, traders are watching whether Strategy’s bigger cash cushion turns into another Bitcoin accumulation push.
