Pasofino Gold recently provided an update on the strategic review process it announced in February 2023 regarding the Dugbe Gold Project.

The Dugbe project is estimated to exceed 3 million ounces of indicated resources.

In the August 2024 announcement, Pasofino disclosed its intent to negotiate interim financing to fund further advancement of the Dugbe Gold Project and that it has been engaged in discussions about the potential acquisition of the company.
