Big Short legend Steve Eisman says Alphabet’s $205 billion AI capex bomb finally broke the market's patience.
Eisman told his podcast the era of cheering runaway AI spending is over: Tesla dropped 14.5% on its own negative cash flow, Intel Corp slid despite its best revenue growth in 15 years, and even ServiceNow fell 38% YTD after growing revenue 24%.
"Fighting the AI narrative is like fighting a ghost," Eisman said.
