Ripple has landed its first Korean regional bank deal, but XRP is still fighting to stay above the key $1 level.

Jeonbuk Bank will use Ripple Payments for near real-time, 24/7 cross-border remittances, giving import-export firms, IT startups and digital creators a faster alternative to traditional SWIFT transfers.

The partnership adds to Ripple’s growing Korea footprint across payments, custody and treasury use cases — but traders are watching the chart more than the headline, with $0.98 now the breakdown level and $1.03 the resistance XRP needs to reclaim.
