Bitcoin has a dual use case, which makes it a particularly attractive asset during these uncertain times, according to Standard Chartered.

XRP led the crypto investment product inflows last week, with Ethereum notably lagging behind its challenger.

FINTECH FOCUS

A total of 72 cryptocurrency-related exchange-traded funds are currently awaiting approval by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas.

The ETFs cover various categories including spot products, leveraged and inverse ETFs, staking-based funds and derivative structures such as futures and options.

“Everything from XRP, Litecoin and Solana to Penguins, Doge and 2x Melania and everything in between. Gonna be a wild year,” Balchunas said on his X account.
